As per our experience me & my wife did not liked the unprofessional approach of Dr. Pratibha Patni. We found her full of attitude. She behaved with arrogance towards our queries related to treatment and expenses which was not acceptable. I am still not able to understand how can a Doctor shout & insult us in front of other patients upon clarifying our queries related to treatment.
Her explaination about the treatment, given a feel as she is trying to scare us.
Waited more than 2 hours for our turn as she left all the patients and got busy in some operation.
No sufficient chairs to sit for pregnant ladies. Toilets were smelling, untrained staff, conjusted basement area etc etc.
Very bad experience.
