Aim of the centre is "To establish a superspecialized eye care center with best facilities for the people". We hope to serve patients with eye ailments in the best of our ability, to enhance patient satisfaction and provide continual improvement in our services.

On Friday, 04 September 2026, I visited Arora Eye Care along with my wife for her eye check-up. I would sincerely request you to review and improve your appointment and waiting system. A proper token-based system should be introduced so that every patient is attended to according to their token number, while appropriate priority can be given to persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and other eligible categories in a transparent and clearly defined manner.

Unfortunately, after this experience, we do not intend to visit Arora Eye Care again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others. Visited For Eye Checkup
The eye checkup for my daughter was very brief, only about a minute, and the doctor seemed to be in a hurry ******* ********* *** ***********
Dr. Amandeep Singh was very humane and patient, especially with our son, making him comfortable during the examination. The clinic staff were cooperative, and although the waiting time was a bit long, the overall experience was worth it.
