Aim of the centre is "To establish a superspecialized eye care center with best facilities for the people". We hope to serve patients with eye ailments in the best of our ability, to enhance patient satisfaction and provide continual improvement in our services.

I have gone through Retinal Detachment Surgery by Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora, he is very helpful and very professional and trained doctor. He cleared all our doubts before and after surgery. The Nurses and all the Staff is very good and polite. Also, mentioning the Discharge and Medication document, all the Medicines and Eye drops are very well mentioned and easy to understand and in systematic order. On Friday, 04 September 2026, I visited Arora Eye Care along with my wife for her eye check-up. I would sincerely request you to review and improve your appointment and waiting system. A proper token-based system should be introduced so that every patient is attended to according to their token number, while appropriate priority can be given to persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and other eligible categories in a transparent and clearly defined manner.

Unfortunately, after this experience, we do not intend to visit Arora Eye Care again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others. Our experience was quite good, and we were fully satisfied with the service and staff cooperation. The doctor’s approach was also quite good.
