Later he worked as Consultant Bariatric, Diabetic and Laparoscopic Surgeon at Vikram Hospital, Bangalore.But to have multi-national experience in his field, he later joined an international fellowship in Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery abroad during that period which he published 4 papers and co-authored 3 book chapters. With all this experience he chose to come back to the place he belongs to – the city beautiful – Jalandhar.
