Arora Eye Hospital and Retina Centre, Lajpat Nagar

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the waiting and appointment system at Arora Eye Care.

On Friday, 04 September 2026, I visited Arora Eye Care along with my wife for her eye check-up. I would sincerely request you to review and improve your appointment and waiting system. A proper token-based system should be introduced so that every patient is attended to according to their token number, while appropriate priority can be given to persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and other eligible categories in a transparent and clearly defined manner.

Such a system would ensure fairness, transparency and equal treatment for every patient *** ***** **** ******* *********** ************* ** ***** *** *** ******* ********

Unfortunately, after this experience, we do not intend to visit Arora Eye Care again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others. However, I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that other patients do not have to face a similar experience in the future.

Great experience with doctor, highly recommended my mother did her eye surgery from Arora hospital, I am second patient from my family visiting same doctor, as my father explained great nature and behaviour of Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora, he explained very well, and helped me to get rid of my (eye) glasses.

Staff is very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

and most importantly wait time is very less which helps patient to get their treatment as soon as possible.

In last I would say, I had Great experience and will recommend everyone for their vision (eyes) related issues visit Arora Eye Hospital, Jalandhar, Punjab.

The hospital is very Good and Very Professional. The environment and the Doctors and the Staff dealing is very good and polite and respectful.

I have gone through Retinal Detachment Surgery by Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora, he is very helpful and very professional and trained doctor. He cleared all our doubts before and after surgery. The Nurses and all the Staff is very good and polite. Also, mentioning the Discharge and Medication document, all the Medicines and Eye drops are very well mentioned and easy to understand and in systematic order. I recommend this Hospital and especially this Doctor to every eye patient and every eye surgery.

Superb. Doctor Amandeep is a very. Intelligent, cool, soft spoken and kind hearted person. Apart from the doctor other team members are very nice, kind, cooperative and disciplined. The fee and charges are very reasonable. I am fully satisfied with the treatment. My best wishes to all of them.
