I visited first time and I m happy with satisfaction after talking with doctor. She assured me that my problem will be resolved and even promise me to solve my problem. She gave some good example of positive cases and I feel relaxed.

I went for vaginal infection and when I asked the Dr. for the reason I am facing this problem for the third time she was clueless and just asked me to take care of my diet. She didn't take my matter seriously and didn't explain why I am facing this problem again and again. Even when I called the Dr. to ask about my medicine that she prescribed me as I was not in the town, she refused to guide me on phone. In that case I had to visit another Dr. as I could not visit Dr. Neelu at that time.
I have never seen the worst staff like Dr Neelu's. They are very rude and not at all co-operative. When we call for consulting something they just hung up the phone without listening the proper matter. Even while attending the patient they interrogate very rudely.
