Her diet plans works for people of all age and gives you desirable results. From my experience I can say that she gives more importance to the well being of her patients rather than treating them commercially which is almost seen everywhere in our society. I used to take allopathic medicines for the same like antacids, paracetamol regularly but the problem was not getting resolved. Dr. Jyoti noted my current diet and body vitamin levels, and then customized a Diet plan along with nutritional supplements for 3 weeks. I am happy to share that after this period and following the suggested diet plan, my gastric problems disappeared and I could focus more on my daily routine. I have consulted her through Practo in the month of May. Due to this COVID, I consulted her through phone. The first time I had a conversation with her, she was so polite and down to earth. She asked my health issues, earlier health reports and suggested medication accordingly. Moreover she brought confidence in me with her words, that I can loose weight. I have consulted her after 4 years of marital life and planning for kids for so long. My starting weight on 28th May, 2020 was 71.8 and now I weigh 57.4kgs after 4 months 18 days of diet plans. For every diet chart she has given me I asked her all creepy questions and she was so cool in replying to all my questions with patience. I was able to attain ideal weight because of her support.
