As advised by the surgeon, consulted a dietician locally here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia but the treatment didn't work out. Since the problem was difficult to control, planned to visit a good dietician in Hyderabad, after an online search found Dr. Nafeesa's details and was very much impressed/satisfied with her profile & professional experience. Then contacted First Eat Right clinic, they advised no need to visit the clinic which saved my time, an online consultation with Dr. Nafeesa will be enough and during my conversation with Dr. Nafeesa got a feeling that she is the right person who can help me in resolving my problem. Then I subscribed for a three-month diet program and followed a routine diet plan which was working to some extent, but still, the problem was there then requested Dr. Nafeesa, to suggest something which can be more effective and my diarrhea problem can be reduced and the condition can be stable. Then Dr. Nafeesa requested me not to panic, and planned to include simple solutions stepwise, instead of complicating the problem. She advised having Arrow Root Porridge before the meals, started using Arrow Root Porridge within a week time I noticed the difference. Now using Arrow Root Porridge for a month, I can say that my health condition improved a lot with a few minimal issues. Now I'm relieved and taking my diet like before. I'm very much happy and pleased that I got in touch with Dr. Nafeesa, as she helped me during my difficult times. It said 80% diet and 20 % workouts then I saw Dr nafeesa reviews on practo I was shocked to see so positive reviews about her I thought this must be some kind of spam later after researching quite a some time I went to see her . The first appointment with her gave me confidence that I am going to be fine soon She gave me diet pattern with lot of talks abt my lifestyle , food habits my likes and dislikes The diet is very simple , flexible , easy to follow I started the diet in Dec which is for 6 months for the target of 18 kgs Intially took me sometime to adjust but I want it badly to bring change so I followed as she prescribed , weekly follow ups , she even changed my diet almost 3 times when I asked her , very flexible if any doubts she would instantly reply through email , Many ups and downs but I determined to change myself And the final part I lost 13 kgs and have 1 month more to reach my target I am free from my all health issues , back to my shape , my confidence came back .
