First of all, I would suggest consultation of nutritionist Chetu Singhi to anyone who is looking for a transformation in terms of weight loss.Before visting her her, I have taken up consultation of around 2-3 nutritionist in the past 3-4 years.But I was not satisfied with the result of the diet plan and so gave up within 1 month of each plan.Maybe motivation was missing at that time but the result was also not proving to be a driving factor to keep motivation intact.Cut short of Feb 2020,I was determined to loose weight.I was searching for a good nutritionist in Kolkata.Got great reviews about her through Practo.Visited her in her clinic in Park Street.
My weight loss journey started in 1st February with the reading of my weight as 107 kg.4 months into her consultation, my current weight is around 80 kg.
