My mother Mrs Sharmila Bhattacharjee sought Ms Maity's advice for a diet appropriate to her senior age. She provided my mom with a detailed chart of what should be eaten, what not, and the time of taking each. It was very specific, but at the same time easy to be followed. She even gave her options -- in case something was not found. It was of great help to my mother who started feeling good within weeks.
