I feel very pleased when I contacted Ms. Papia Mondal for nutrition and weight loss issu of my son. I'm very satisfy. Earlier I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. I'm very much puzzled what to do, but she help me to learn how to understand the food we eat and how our body works with this food. Though my son is only 11 years old it is difficult for him to maintain a strict diet. But she did not restrict his eating habits but showed me how to read labels and introduce healthier things into his diet. She taught me which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living. She also showed me how to increase exercise or other physical activity so that his body would work more efficiently to achieve his goal. Before met her I was very puzzle and always thought about his weight loss but now lstopped thinking about weight loss and began thinking that I was learning to change his life.I am please to say that he has lost weight and continue to lose more.I truly do not believe I would have learned everything I did and feel so good about reaching the goals which was not possible without her therapy.
