When to take thyroxine tablet during Ramadan?

Following options can be considered while taking thyroxine tablet during Ramadan

1. Take before Suhur meal

2. Take before Iftar meal

3. Take at bedtime 2 -4 hrs after iftar meal

(Switching  to weekly thyroxine is another option)
