Fatty liver?

Fatty liver, or steatosis, refers to liver fat buildup. When fat makes up at least 5% of the liver, it's considered fatty. Fatty liver is benign and rarely causes liver damage. Once simple fat accumulates, the liver becomes vulnerable to further injury, which can cause inflammation and scarring.

Fatty liver causes:

common cause:

alcoholism

Obesity

high blood fat levels (hyperlipidemia).

Diabetes

Heredity

Rapid slimming

Aspirin, steroids, tamoxifen, and tetracycline have aspirin, aspirin, and steroid side effects.

Treatment:

Fatty liver can't be treated medically or surgically. such as-

Avoiding alcohol

Cholesterol-management

Dieting

Glucose control

Avoid fatty or sugary foods.

Increasing fibre (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, sprouts)

45-60 minutes, 4-5 days/week

Diet and Fat

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD) cause 10% to 30% of liver disease worldwide. NAFLD is emerging as a leading cause of liver disease and will soon be the leading indication for liver transplantation.

Non-alcoholic steatosis requires a thorough investigation and strict lifestyle and dietary changes. In western countries, it's associated with diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia. In India, it's called LEAN NAFLD, and the main cause is diet. The Indian diet is low in protein and fibre and high in carbohydrates, fat, and spices, causing liver fat accumulation.

Fatty liver can be reversed by diet and exercise

Fatty liver symptoms include upper abdominal pain, bloating, jaundice, ascites, and encephalopathy. Hepatocellular carcinoma is the disease's feared end. Unaware of the dangers of fatty liver, many patients don't treat it, which can lead to cirrhosis of the liver.

End-stage disease treatments include dietary and lifestyle changes, medical, endoscopic, and surgical procedures, and transplantation.

Many medical and endoscopic procedures are emerging, but none can reverse the disease. Only diet and lifestyle changes are effective. Reversing the disease requires reducing calories, eating more fibre and protein, and avoiding fried and processed foods. Avoid fad diets. 45 minutes of exercise 5 days a week reduces disease burden. People should fight for liver health with a well-planned diet. Men are horrified and shocked by any chest fat. No man would be caught dead in that thigh fat.

What can be done to prevent "male breasts"?

The act is considered manly-

1. Drinking one drink after another causes unmanly behavior.

2. Excess alcohol causes hormonal changes that can cause male breasts and infertility.

How does alcohol work?

Not exceeding 3 drinks in 2 hours is the smartest way to enjoy alcohol without affecting your body. When you drink alcohol, your liver prioritises breaking down alcohol over other ingested fats. Your body stores more fat until it processes this alcohol. Two drinks can take your liver two days to process.

What happens to the fat in the foods you eat after drinking?

Fat stored in fat cells causes weight gain. It slows metabolism. The two-hour limit indicates your liver's efficiency. If you drink more than three drinks in two hours, your liver suffers. Extra alcohol puts your liver under stress, causing inefficient alcohol breakdown and fatty liver. Morning lemon water helps your liver. With an inefficient liver, hormone breakdown suffers, causing a hormonal imbalance. Misbalance affects oestrogen and progesterone levels. The diseased liver fails to break down and eliminate excess estrogen, allowing it to cause male breast development and infertility if not treated in time. Gynecomastia is a male breast development. Balanced hormones promote healthy weight loss. Booze and male boobs Alcohol is calorie-dense and promotes man boobs. These calories are sugar-based simple carbs. Colas and juices add sugar to alcoholic drinks. Sugar encourages fat storage. Increased body fat promotes chest fat storage, exacerbating the male breast. Along with booze, unhealthy food can also cause male breasts. It causes abnormal estrogen production. Sedentary lifestyles and increased food and alcohol consumption contribute to male breast development. By gaining weight, you put your heart, liver, kidneys, and thyroid at risk. All of these organs are at risk of developing serious conditions from excessive alcohol.

How can manboobs be reduced?

1.Reduce your alcohol intake and stop growing man boobs.

2.Cut body fat. Diet and exercise can shrink male breasts.
