Humankind has developed a long way ahead in science. And, the truth is that we cannot replace 'biological cells' by 'electronic chips'.
After all, human body is made up of lively cells. These cells need a specific environment to work properly. And that environment involves our body to keep moving and stay active.
In present times, human being is utilising the brain at maximum extent. Human body has a tendency to develop the part which is used the most. Let's say that a person has developed the brain to a greater extent. It doesn't mean that the other body parts would be less developed. To fulfill the body's present requirement, other body parts will also develop. And the point to note here is that for proper growth we need the proper conditioning of the body for the development to take place. This proper conditioning is achieved through exercise and physical work. So we cannot skip exercise or physical work to survive.
Thus stay active and stay healthy and alive.
We can accomplish this proper conditioning of the body by creating balance between work and LIFE. It sounds a simple sentence and is difficult in these hard times where everywhere we hear time limit, target, speed.
Today some people have understood how to create this balance.
i am sharing here my formula for it. My formula states that DO WHAT IS REQUIRED. As simple as it states.
example: you are sitting idle and think of no work. you opened youtube and started killing time as it has become a habit. do you require it? no! So why do it!
