• According to Ayurveda headaches are usually related to pitta and vaat doshas disbalance in body .

  • Avoid taking sour, spicy and extra salty things in diet as it can increase Pitta Dosha.

  • Avoid late night sleeping as it may increase Vaat Dosha and increase your stress.

  • Reduce screen time as it increase your Vaat Dosha again lead to stress.

  • Don't skip breakfast. It increases Pitta Dosha and aggravate your migraine.

  • Apply sandalwood paste during the headache. Take proper rest and drink munakka water (boiled with munakka) 3 to 4 times a day.
