- Brushing twice daily is the best practise
- Change tooth brush after every 3 months
- Change tooth brush after the session of cold or cough
- Use tongue cleaner to remove deposits from tongue
- Use dental floss instead of toothpicks
- Rinse mouth with plain water after every meal or snacks
- Using chewing gums is good practise
- To avoid coffee and tea stains, try rinsing mouth with water after atleast 30 mins of having them
- Use fluoridated tooth paste for kids under 10 yrs to avoid caries
- Avoid using medicated tooth brush without consulting your dental expert
- Visit your dentist for check up every 6 months
