To beat the scrotchy summer heat you have to include gut soothing foods into your daily diet to keep 

your body well hydrated.  

here are some of the healthy ways to keep yourself cool - 1) Eat small gut friendly meals to keep  your

                                                                                                               rice, shallow fat fry vegs/leafy vegs,plain curd/  curd raita,non veg try to eat less in summer season especially for better digestion.  

                      3) Include water containing fruits like watermelon,orange,lemon,papaya ripe one,berries of different kinds etc .vegs like cucumber ,try to include into your diet.

                       4) Avoid deep fried,masala or gravy ,spicy foods during summer reason to eat very often.
