Before : -Wear clothes that cover the maximum part of your body.-Apply some oil (best ones arecoconut oil and mustard oil) all over the exposed skin of your body.-Paint your nails with nail polish.-Apply petroleum jelly around thenails, behind ears, on lips — wherever colour can get stuck.-Apply sunscreen lotionon skin after letting the oil absorb into the skin for 15 minutes. This willprevent the UV rays from doing harm to the skin. 

After : -First wash the skin with cold water. Apply a sufficientamount of moisturiser for 15 minutes. Cleanse it off.-Pour a few drops of lemon juice in thebath water (not hot) and use a mild soap.-If the colour doesn't come off, apply some warm olive oil.Avoid bleaching, waxing or facial for a week or more after Holi.
