- The patient reported with pain and swelling in the lower right back tooth region.
- On clinical examination
Radiographic Findings
Diagnosis
- Symptomatic Irreversible Pulpitis (SIP) with chronic apical periodontitis irt 46.
Treatment Plan
- Planned for Root Canal Treatment (RCT) to relieve symptoms and save the tooth.
Treatment Procedure
- Local anaesthesia administered.
- Access cavity made through the crown.
- All canals are located, cleaned, shaped, and irrigated thoroughly.
- Canals are obturated using a suitable technique.
- Tooth sealed and planned for final restoration if needed.
Outcome
- Pain and swelling subsided post-treatment.
- Tooth was retained successfully with proper endodontic care.
- Regular follow-up advised.
