Use a gentle cleanser to clean your skin 2-3 times daily.
Take plenty of fluids daily like water n fruit juices.
Use a mild scrub to gently remove rough dead skin one or two times a week depending on how sensitive your skin is.
Apply good moisturizer having twice daily to keep upper skin surface hydrated and moist to help it to protect from environmental trauma and effects of pollution .
Never forget to apply sunscreen of good quality to protect from UVA and UVB effects. Ideally, it should be applied in a thick layer 30 mins before going outside covering all exposed skin.
If your age is more than 30 years then use anti-ageing cream at night as per your dermatologist's guidance.
