4. local cleaning of Glans (head of penis) after pulling foreskin (Prepuce) back.
5. alarmed voiding and voiding before sleep
6. Try to relax your pelvic floor muscles (area between scrotum and anus) while passing urine
Dont's
1. Drink too less or too much water especially at bedtime.
2. drink too much water just before bedtime at night.
3. Too much Spicy or non-vegetarian food.
4. take too much carbonated drinks, tea, coffee
5. Hold urine for long time, even when urge is there.
6. Strain too much while passing urine.
