Diet rich in High fibre like legumes potatoes daal acc to diabetes diet-green veggies or 60 gms legumes .

Take fibre amla powder or OTC laxatives if needed at night,

Never postpone toilet visit after  brush ,go sit commode never strain let it come out .

Apply 2 pc lignocaine jelly within anus before toilet for Anesthesia..

Take a pain killer Paracetamol 650 or 1000 grams or avoid them by taking warm water sitzz bath for 2 mins only  

Push out mild and Clean well dry it & apply anti fungal or any dry powder.
