What is common about these disorders is that they are all anal malformations. The anus is the last orifice through which stool is excreted. It is 4-5 cm long. The terminal part of the anus contains sensitive nerves, which are surrounded by blood vessels. In the central part there are several anal glands. What are Piles?

Piles are mainly swollen blood vessels, whereas fissures are a type of cut or crack and fistula is the opening of a cavity.Piles are mostly painless and tend to disappear from attention.
