32 yr old lady brought to emergency dept in a collapsed stage.Her heart rate too rapid and very low Blood pressure.Resuscitated and stabilised.After evaluation diagnosed as ruptured ectopic pregnancy. She was taken up for emergency surgical procedure. She was transfused with 8 units of blood products.She was kept in ICU for 3 days.After complete recovery found that she has taken medicine to terminate her pregnancy by herself.As it was unplanned she bought medicine from the pharmacy with out prescription.It was an undiagnosed ECTOPIC pregnancy.Taking tablets without knowing ectopic can cause death of a women. It makes things worse for family ( and for the treating doctor too).THINGS TO REMEMBER . Avoid over counter prescription . Pharmacy personal are there to dispense drugs and not for treating you.. Always take help from registered medical      practitioners . Use contraceptives to avoid unwanted pregnancy
