All health problem has its route somewhere related with teeth.

As told by our ancestors, we should actually chew the bolus (nivala) 32 times so that all the panchras shall be extracted from it and go to their respective organs to help in digestion and to convert it into proper nutrition.

But problem arises when there is nothing perfect with your teeth or oral cavity and rather than focusing on your etiology/cause of the problem, we focus on the symptoms.

It is always advised by all the fraternity of doctors to visit your Dentist every 6 months or 1 year and get your teeth checked and if necessary cleaning can also be done. This simple tip followed will keep you fit and healthy.
