Having neck pain is very difficult issue to deal with , as there will be difficulty in doing daily activities like bathing , sleeping , looking to screen for desk job along with numbness in few patients .

We need to concentrate to ergonomic posture for correction of pain and stiffness.

Regular rest from screen and neck exercises will help reducing pain .

Patient who have pain even after using analgesics wil have to check for x ray and mri for nerve compression and disc problems
