Paneer is made by curdling heated milk with lemon juice , vinegar or any other food acids

Paneer is rich source of protein , calcium, vitamin A and minerals .

Many gym trainers and dieticians recommends paneer for daily consumption in weight loss training and body building

Even people use it to prepare smoothies which contain higher  amount of paneer and consume it daily

Paneer can be correlated with "किलाट" in ayurveda

According  to ayurveda, Paneer is not recomended  for daily consumption. Daily consumption of paneer can be responsible for vitiation of 'Vata' , 'Pitta' , and 'Kapha'

It also causes vitiation of blood which is the main reason for many skin dieases.

Paneer should not be consumed by (daily/in excess quantity) -diabetic patients hypothyroid patientsIBS, colitis, crohns diseases patients, piles patients ,heart patients

If your digestion is good If you are going to the gym and doing exercise properly then paneer is digestable

According to ayurveda  still it should not be consumed on daily basis
