Heardof Mounjaro and Ozempic? They're the new buzz in the weight loss and diabetesworld.

Imagine losing 15–20% of your weight — not just with diet and exercise, butwith once-a-week injections. Sounds promising, right?

Originallydeveloped for diabetes, these medications mimic gut hormones to reduceappetite, keep you feeling full longer, and improve blood sugar control. Now,they’re being used for medically supervised weight loss in select cases.

But they're not a magic solution. Side effects include nausea, vomiting, digestive and other gut related issues.

Remember, these are prescription drugs, not lifestyle replacements. Only a doctor (e.g.,an endocrinologist) can assess including dosage if they’re right for you.

My take on Mounjaro and Ozempic is clear: Medicine should not be the first line ofaction. If medically needed, it must come with real lifestyle changes.Because without that, even the injection won’t bring long-term health.
