Every tooth doesn't need the same restoration. The right treatment depends on how much healthy tooth structure remains.

  • Laminates (Veneers): Thin porcelain or composite shells bonded to the front surface of teeth to improve stains, chips, gaps, and minor misalignment with minimal enamel removal.
  • Crowns: Full-coverage restorations that completely cover a tooth weakened by deep caries, fractures, large fillings, or after root canal treatment (RCT), restoring strength and function.
  • Inlays: Indirect restorations placed within the cusps of a tooth when a filling isn't strong enough but the cusps are intact.
  • Onlays: Also called partial crowns, they cover one or more damaged cusps while preserving more natural tooth structure than a full crown.

Choosing the right restoration depends on the tooth's condition, occlusion, function, and aesthetics.
