If you have hypothyroidism, please adhere to the following strictly.

  • Take iodised salt  only
  • No need to restrict to just cauliflower, cabbage or other cruciferous vegetables
  • Thyroxine tablet has to be taken empty stomach in the early morning with water
  • Do not take coffee, milk or biscuits for 45minutes after taking your thyroxine medicines
  • Do not skip thyroxine tablets
