How to use Retinol - the Buffering Technique

Retinol has the best anti-aging, exfoliating, repair & regeneration qualities. It however can be a skin irritant. To use it on a sensitive skin or for new users, mix with equal qualities of moisturiser. This is buffering. This reduces irritation. Once your skin is used to the product in a week to 10 days you can apply a moisturiser first and then Retinol on top for maximum benefit.
