Over eating leads to leads to so many other related health issues like high blood sugar,high blood cholesterol, liver issues, renal issues,digestive issues like gas/bloating,acidity etc.
These are the ways to stop over eating : - 1) Focus on portion size control of each meals that you
are having.
2) Avoid including high fatty foods into your daily diet.
3) Add on fruits,salads,dry fruits,different seeds like flax seeds,
chia seeds,sunflower seeds,pumpkin seeds,millets into your
diet.
4) Try to have small meals minimum of 2.5 to 3hrs gap for
controlling over eating.
5) Try to exercise daily for 30-45mins minimum.
6) If stress is there,try to reduce it by applying breathing
techniques.
7) Try to avoid late night sleeping.
Thus,these are some of the basic tips to stop over eating.
