These days more number of people are facing this common issue mood swing.Mood swing
occurs due to various reasons such as unhealthy eating habits,excess of stress of any form,
improper sleeping pattern etc.
Mood swing can be controlled by following these basic guidelines :-
1) Strictly avoid highly processed extra salt or sugary packaged foods which are rich
in saturated or transfats which not only affects your body metabolism but also
your mind as well.
2)Try to avoid high intake of caffeinated beverages like tea or coffee rather than you
can have any herbal tea or pepper mint tea or green tea to calm down your nerves.
3) Try to add on healthy nuts like almonds,walnuts,cashew nuts,hazel nuts etc and
roasted seeds like pumpkin seeds,watermelon seeds,chia seeds,flax seeds etc for
getting healthy fats like omega-3 fatty acids n omega-6 fatty acids.
4) Try to add on dark chocolates less sugary one once a time to improve your
mood.
5) Try to avoid late night eating pattern as well as late night sleeping habits
if you have,because these two things affects you mood and causes mood
swing like irritability,anger,throwing temper tantrum on others without
any reason etc.
6) Try to practize some forms of exercises like yoga, cardio work outs,jogging/
walking etc atleast 30mins minimum either in early morning or in evening time
to get out of mood swing gradually.
Thus,these are some of the basic guidelines by following which you can
controll mood swing.
