Healthy immunity power is very much essential to lead a diseased free life. There are certain

key points to keep in mind to boost up or increase your immunity power which i am sharing

here as follow : -  A) A healthy diet rich in anti-oxidant rich foods -A healthy diet should contain 

                                   anti-oxidant rich foods like green tea, spinach,beans,kale,strawberries, blueberries,

                                     red cabbage,artchokes,dark chocolates,indian goose berry etc.                                        

                              B)   Add on ginger,garlic,cinnamon, black pepper etc into the regular diet.   

                              C)  Do regular exercises  in the forms of  yoga asanas, brisk walking,jogging,

                                    both aerobic and anerobic exercises etc for max of 1hour early morning time.    

                               D) Try to cut down excess salt and sugar intake,excess masala rich foods intake on

                                    daily basis.

                                 E) Try to sip one cup of tulsi leaves with ginger and cinnamon pwd added kadha

                                     early morning time on an empty stomach after brushing your teeths.

                                  F) Try to add on herbs like corriander leaves, mint leaves,parsley etc for 

                                        garnishing of home cooked food items.     

                                         Thus,a healthy body and mind can work more  to lead a good life.
