• Brush your teeth twice daily not more than 2-3 minutes in a gentle manner.
  • massage your gums once daily with your finger tips.
  • Limit Sugary Foods and Carbonated Drinks.
  • Rinse Your Mouth Regularly after having your meals.
  • Never make a habit of clenching or grinding your teeth.  
  • Get your annual dental checkup done.
  • Avoid tobacco and beetle nut chewing, it causes loss of enamel from your teeth, as a result teeth becomes weak and sensitive.
