A healthy diet with regular 30mins of exercise and other lifestyle modification can

change your life during lactation period. 

Here is some healthy tips to follow during lactation period such as :-  

  1) Eating a healthy balanced diet which must comprises of carbs,proteins,fat with fiber as well

          as vitamins n minerals to maintain a healthy body and mind too.  

2) Try to eat healthy nutrient dense foods atleast minimum of 2.5hrs gap to avoid unnecessary gastric/

bloating or acidity due to long hours of dietary gaps.

3) Try to add on millets,fruits, different forms of protein enriched salads,clear home made soups

   (veg/non-veg) ,dry fruits, seeds,green vegs,leafy vegs etc into your diet routine.

4) Try to avoid deep fried, masala or gravy rich foods during lactation period as it will affect

     the digestion process of the baby directly.

5) Try to avoid highly salty or sugary packaged fully processed instant unhealthy snacking

    items during this time period.  

6) Try to ensure to drink a lot of water for keeping yourself fully hydrated all through the

    day.

7) Try to do 30mins of light walk or yoga to keep yourself fit.  

and last but not the least  8) Try to sleep minimum of 6 hours of sound sleep to keep yourself

                                                 refreshed all through  the day.
