- Massage your scalp twice weekly to improve microcirculation to hair roots.
- Use shampoos 2-3 times in a week.
- Preferably use mild shampoo & conditioner to maintain healthy scalp & hair.
- Before shampooing, comb your hair to remove dirt & dead cells from your scalp.
- After shampoo, rinse your hair with lukewarm water.
- Let hair dry naturally, avoid using a blow – dryer or hot rollers as much as possible.
- After Wash, first dry your hair with towel and then gently detangle hair with wide tooth comb.
- Do not tie your hair too tightly, it may break or damage the hair.
- Do not sleep with wet or damp hair; this may weaken the hair strands.
- Regularly comb your hair before going to bed.
- Get your hair trimmed regularly to eliminate split ends.
- Avoid repeated bleaching or coloring hair to prevent roughness & brittleness.
- Protect your hair from exposure to excessive sunlight and dust.
- Eat balanced diet with right amount of nutrients for healthy hair.
- Exercise regularly for increased blood flow which promotes healthy & shiny hair growth.
- Do practice yoga or meditation to reduce stress.
- Rigorously follow the prescribed medicines and treatment as suggested by your doctor.
