Sometimes, we will find ourselves in a passionate discussion with people who are undividedly resistant to change.Change isn't always easy, but it's one of the constants in life that'll happen to us all whether we embrace it or not.One thing is for sure, and this is that people will not change until their desire to change becomes greater than their desire to remain the same. Apathy often presents itself as a friend to us, but we must identify him as the underminer of all things worthwhile in life.Responsibility gives birth to empowerment, and until we each assume full responsibility for the changes we need to make, change is highly unlikely to ever happen. All change is growth, and all growth is progress.Reflect and make the change you need to execute in your life that you've not yet taken full responsibility for driving.
