Today we will discuss about early pregnancy.

As early as diagnosis of pregnancy by UPT /PREGA NEWS kit after missing periods we should take some little precautions and take some tests for safer pregnancy. These are :- 

1.Visit nearest Mahila Clinic or govt subcentre/PHC/CHC/SDH/DH.

2.Follow the advice as like get some tests -

    i)CBC

    ii)ABORH (BLOOD GROUP)

    iii)RBS (SUGAR)

    iv) TSH (THYROID TEST)

    v) URINE COMPLETE

These are compulsory and basic tests for Normal or No High risk pregnancies .

But if pregnant female have any high risk like BP,sugar,thyroid or any other prediagnosed disease or any medicine she is taking for any other disease should need proper guidance and many other tests for safer pregnancy outcome.

As we found positive pregnancy test ,need to go for a Gynaecologist/Obstetrician  and he will decide compulsory tests and further follow up by some ultrasounds they may be Normal fetal wellbeing being/NT SCAN /ANOMALY SCANS or Growth scans etc.

A pregnant women should take some other precautions as well .
