■Conduct problems of children and adolescents (age level  for children below 10 years; for adolescents 13 to 20 years)

■In childhood externalising behavioural problem among children and adolescents characterised by voilent,aggressive and maladaptive behaviours leads to problems in the child ‘family,  neighbourhood and school.

●The term conduct problem is generally used to describe a pattern of repeated and persistent misbehaviour in which the basic rights of others and major age-appropriate social norms and rules are violated.

●Child-onset Type occur before the age of 10 years.

●Adolescent-onset Type occurs in adolescent period only.In The conduct problem certain behaviours are exbhited as below mention:

●Aggressive and cruel with people and animalsBullies and threatens others & easily annoyed by othersPhysically fights with family members, siblings and others.Uses weapons and make serious physical harm to others

●Involvement  in robbery and stealing things Involvement in  child abuse

●Deliberate fire setting  breaks, destroys other’s thingsSignificant impairment in social, academic or occupational functioningRefuses adults request or disobeys rule

●Repeatedly blames others for his or her mistakes or misbehaviours

●Angry or resentful most of the timeFrequently lies or breaks promises and Runaway from home

●Often stays out after darkFrequently becomes absent from school.

■Children and adoscents must undergo Counselling and Guidance sessions at Educational Institutions or Outside from psychology experts to modify their behavioural issues. Apart from parental counselling, teachers counselling must be needed to handle the situations.
