Skin - Day - UV protection (sunscreen) and moisturiser application. Night - Retinol and Facial oil application
Body- Pat (don’t rub) skin dry. Apply moisturiser rich in aloe vera, Vitamin E and HA on damp skin. Avoid fragrant products.
Hair- Wash with lukewarm water rather than hot water. Do not brush immediately after wash & brush from ends to root. Add oral supplements rich in Biotin and Omegas.
