"Be Light Be Bright"
Once upon a time, a man was walking down the road with a heavy sack of wheat on his back. It weighed around 25 kilos. At first, he thought, “I can manage this, it’s not too bad.” He walked a little distance, but slowly his shoulders began to ache, his legs grew tired, and every step felt heavier than the last. Then someone gave him another sack—another 25 kilos. He tried to walk further, but this time, even a single step forward felt almost impossible. The weight was just too much. Now think for a moment: aren’t we all walking like that man sometimes? We may not be carrying sacks of wheat, but we are carrying something even heavier—our stress, our fears, our endless worries. Day after day, we put them on our back, and then we wonder why we feel so exhausted, so restless, so tired inside. The truth is, our mind, just like our body, cannot carry too much weight. Stress tires it out. Worries make it weak. Fears drain its energy. And that is why, if we truly want to walk freely in life, we must learn to drop the sack. Put it down. Leave the burden of yesterday behind.Because life was never meant to be walked with so much weight on our shoulders. It was meant to be walked lightly, joyfully, with courage in our heart and peace in our mind. So, today, ask yourself: What bag am I still carrying? And am I ready to put it down?
