Now-a-days a large number of people are facing the common health issue i.e. stomach ulcer. Stomach ulcer
occurs due to a lot of reasons which are namely- High intake of unhealthy fat containing foods mostly
found in junk foods or fully processed foods,high intake of simple carbs ,less intake of fiber containing foods,
less water intake,high intake of caffeinated beverages like tea /coffee, late night eating pattern and late
night sleeping pattern,excess dependency on medicines for quick relief from gas issues for long run etc.
Basic rules to follow for controlling it :- 1) Eating healthy home cooked foods rather than
outside foods.
2) Including healthy carbs,good amounts of healthy
fats,healthy fiber containing foods in moderation,
good amounts of proteins as well as essential
vitamins & mineral containing foods.
3) Try to have plenty of water per day minimum
of 2.5ltrs including other liquid items like
low fat milk/soy milk/skimmed milk in required
amounts which can be easily digestible.
4) Try to avoid high intake of animal food items
like mutton,chicken,eggs,fish etc.
5) If want to have non-veg food items then you
can have it in the forms of grilled/baked/
roasted/stewed/clear soup forms only 3days
in a week.
6) Try to avoid highly salty,sugary,spicy,and
gravy food items rather have foods in bland
forms.
7) Try to do some light forms of yoga minimum
of 30-40mins early morning time.
and last but not the least 8) Try to sleep early and try
to reduce stress if u have by
doing mind relaxation yoga
atleast 1hr before sleeping.
By following these basic rules you can controll stomach ulcer along with
proper medication.
