Almost everywhere in India, there is cold weather. In this cold weather, one can fall sick with many problems like cold, cough, loose motions, back pain, sciatica, joint pain, etc. So to overcome such problems, one should take precautions:

1. Drink boiled water

2. Eat home made food

3. Avoid getting wet in rainy water

4. Wear warm clothes. 

5. Do exercises
