ways to keep mind healthy - 1) Engage your mind when you are being free either practising breathing yoga / 

                                                     meditation minimum of 15mins daily.  

                                                   2) Try to avoid long hour screen time,take  break in between of your work ,move around your work space for some time and then sit for work.  

                                                 3) Go for an outing with family members and spend some quality time with them.  

                                      4) Avoid watching negative things on tv or smart mobile phones before going to sleep.    

                                      5) Keep yourself away from negative mindset people who will give you negative vibes rather try to keep yourself in the company of positive mindset people who will guide you in positive direction.   

                                        6) Try to spare time for gym work out minimum 4-5 days in a week for strengthening   

                                              your body as well as mind both.
