8 Morning Rituals

- Always get up before sunrise or at the time of sunrise
- 5 mins of mild stretching to avoid spasms.
- Get 2 glass of water preferably kept in copper or silver vessels overnight.
- Drink slowly, sip by sip to have better digestion and cleaning.
- Select exercise according to your age.
- 20 mins cardio (Suryanamaskar, walking or climbing stairs)
- 10 to 15 mins of breathing exercise like Pranayama or Anulom-Vilom (observe your breath- which helps you to calm down)
- Start the day with a big smile on your face.
