Cough-Cold home remedy through Ayurved


1. Avoid curd/yogurt and  chilled butter milk/cold drink/water  at night (in dinner) 

2. Avoid daily use of cold drinks, junk-food, fast food , cheese in diet

3. Have gargle at bed time with luke warm water

4 Take daily, fresh juice of 1 tsf Tulsi Leaves, 1 tsf Ginger with 2 tsf honey in Morning empty stomach

5. Do daily Anulom vilom pranayam for 20 min in morning in empty stomach
