There are several ways to remove food that is stuck in between your teeth:

1-Use dental floss or interdental brushes to gently remove the food.

2-Use a toothpick or a clean, bent paperclip to gently remove the food.

3-Bite down gently on a piece of hard food, such as an apple or carrot, to help dislodge the food.

4-Try using a water piks and gently flushing out the food with water.
