1. The Patient and the family both should be highly educated and motivated about stroke.


2. Prevent risk of fall by keeping the floor clean and there should be no rugs on the floor.


3. The Patient Should be timely examined by the doctor.


4. Specialized exercise rehab plan should be implemented by skilled Neuro- Physiotherapist.


5. A healthy diet plan should be taken by Expert Nutritionist.


6. Do meditation to reduce depression.


7. Take a sound sleep of 7-8 hours.


8. The patient should join the Vocational training.


9. Keep the patient active and reduce dependency.


10. The patient should be sitting and standing in a good posture.
