First consultation was too detailed (almost an hour).

Although the treatment is working for me. Prices of the medicines in the bill is not included. They send a mail with a bill in which a collective price is given (as a consumer- not acceptable)

This time, he spoke for 10 mins only and they give exorbitant medicines whose alternates can be brought at less prices.

I wasn't treated for UTI which was promised last time. There was crowd at the clinic. Maybe that's why doctor wasn't too interested.

It was really great to have a experience like that . I never thought a doctor can be so responsible and empathetic to the patient. Dr Amit is a really great doctor, who is empathetic, passionate and so caring about the patient. I get regular call for my health conditions.

The doctor didn't even care to examine the patient's condition.
